Infrared Sauna + Massage Bundle

When you arrive for your Infrared Sauna + Massage Bundle session, your therapist will begin with a brief consultation to understand your specific needs, any areas of concern, and your pressure preferences. The two massage choices for this bundle are Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue.

You'll be professionally draped throughout your massage session — only the area being worked on is exposed. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.

After your massage is completed and before you get up from the table, your therapist will give you brief instructions on using the sauna and the LED light therapy options. They will leave you with a robe to change into and a water bottle for hydration. The sauna temperature can be adjusted to your comfort level during your session time — make sure that your bare skin doesn't come in contact with the sauna surface. After your sauna session is over, there will be towels for you to wipe off and dry your body before getting dressed.

Once you're dressed, take a few minutes to rest and rehydrate. We recommend drinking plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage and sauna session.
